ISO 9001:2015 A Summary of Revisions and Change

If you have been in the quality arena for a while, you know what PDCA is. If you're not familiar with it, the PDCA Cycle, also known as the Deming or Shewhart cycle, is a four–step model for carrying out change that incorporates the process of plan, do, check, and act. This is the basis for all continuous improvement. Well, the International Standards Organization practices what they preach.
